1)Pylearn2:
Pylearn2 is written in python and developed by LISA(Dr. Yoshua Bengio's lab) at University of Montreal.

2) Caffe
Caffe is a deep learning framework was created by Yangqing Jia during his PhD at UC Berkeley, and is in active development by the Berkeley Vision and Learning Center.

3) Cuda-convnet
This is developed by Alex Krizhevsky and is not maintained by him anymore.

and here is his updated code for multiple GPUs support

4) Torch 7
It is partly developed in NYU and currently is used in Facebook(not sure). I believe it is not as open as pylearn2 and caffe.
